A word of advice though...if it looks even close to having any kind of high winds, pull the cover off! :x
Came home one evening after a thunderstorm to find the entire canopy upside down and across the backyard and the frame looked like a smashed accordion  .

I used to use them at my last job when I would be doing wood projects that took up to much space indoors. Thanks for the advise, it comes right down when Im done every night, we actually got it for the wife to use when she has an outdoor event. so I take good care of it. I try to keep the boss happy so she lets me buy bikes

Beating the heat? So far the heat is beating me. The Pana IL swap meet was last Sat. It was 100° and I stayed home. :( Gary

I bought one of those a few years ago. I do carpentry and tile work, mostly inside. BUT, I need to cut outside, and that canopy has saved me from turning into bacon several times!! Especially last friday, when it was 102! I usually use earmuffs when cutting tile, but even in the shade, they were too hot to put on my head!!! It's kinda tricky unfolding one of these by yourself, but you get used to it!! -Adam

Welcome to my world fellas! 113 today, shade is a must and so is the portable evaporative cooler! We had 21 consecutive days over 100 up until the fourth. Pretty soon it will not dip below 100 even at night! Thats right, triple digits 24-7! The trade off is 70 degree days in late Nov.

Feel for ya Rick...all my mom's family is in Arizona...so every year for our "summer vacation" we got to go to Phoenix in July or August....loved seeing family...but that is just way too hot for me...we are getting 105 this week...but won't last long... :)
