Frame and fork only before. Fork was structurally trashed. Chrome frame had been painted over with purple paint.

I may use the chain guard..not sure yet..have to wait and see if the fenders work out...
A few more pics of my 41 schwinn custom build
'83-ish Shogun Prairie Breaker II. Tange Japan lugged frame and fork.
Before, 18-speed with flat bars and old dry-rot knobbies.
After, Nexus 4-speed with old mini-motocross bars and brick tires.
Still needs a smaller front sprocket to lower the gears a bit, and a motorcycle style banana seat to let me stretch out a bit without raising the seat up real high.
