I hate this part. The commit to a design part. Commit to material part. As long as I fit in it anyone that should be riding in there is going to fit. A heavy side car is going to be easier for right turns but I can always put ballast under the seat. Boot in the back or no. I am really tempted to just skin it in expanded steel with a leather cover that buttons onto it.

I don't know what you are making, but that handlebar frame is a great idea.

Why cover the sidecar? Put a hoop or handlebars for the passenger to hold onto and leave it open.

Yeah I am leaning towards that. I need a bucket though. You know like a t bucket has the bench thing going on so I can sit in the thing and enjoy a beverage. I can't tell you how nice it is to take my own chair everywhere I go in the Dayton Huffman. Oh and it's a grill. A nice stabby one *laughter. Maybe just enough hood" for a mascot

Do I really need this tubing? Maybe. Schwinn has the best tubing. Shame I don't have a ten speed or something here. There are literally ten million of these somewhere.

I think I am going to make the focus cargo. I started trying to fit a whole person over there and I hate it. It covers up too much of the bike. I'll put a lockbox bench maybe but just enough to hide a battery.
