Feeling GOOD!.... Still have to mount the tank, shifter, chain, brake. etc....

definitely was a little overwhelmed yesterday... feeling a lot better today! :mrgreen:

Right now, without the tank and lights, it looks like an early 1900's concept design, for SPEED!..VERY COOL build!

Trying to get her done!

I never put the brake on in my mock up ... bad idea spent to much time this morning cannibalizing other brakes to make it work! :roll:

This will do just fine!

I got this NOS shifter a long time ago..... must of sat in a bikes shop full of smokers for 30 years :? really bad yellowing

I tried everything to clean it helped a little but not much



Looks good here anyway :wink:

Got to go paint some brackets for the tank .... More soon!

I have been trying to come up with a cool name for months. And Garret walks out to the backyard and sees the bike on the stand in the sun

and said "Dad you should call this Bellowing Yellow" :mrgreen: it was so cool!

I am so glad I could get a brake to fit 8)

Got home from work around 1am really wanted to get this done ... but just to tired now going to mess something up going to get some sleep

would love to make a Finished post sometime on Sunday ..... but as of right now still have over 40hrs to go :wink:


tonight got the tank mounted!

I did miss a spot :wink:

Had a brake part scare ... I didn't have the right do hickey for the housing end :shock:

found lots of the wrong kind in the parts bin ...finally took this off my wife's bike :roll:

My Wife told me that I was no allowed to put ugly black pedals on
these are all i have

She told me to go buy some white ones!!!! :mrgreen:........ LOVE HER!

The three LBS that I went to didn't have any white or yellow one guy said he doesn't even bother with 1/2" pedals :shock:

found these going to need a coat of paint

I have done it a few times this week... I have become good at it :wink:

the rear is a lot more work then the front..... As I have said before...If I wanted to ride a practical bike I would ride a Trek Hybrid :wink: :wink: :wink: :lol: :lol:
