I have know idea what happened to everybody, we all went on vacation or got sick, or just stared at a wall for about three weeks, or something. Here is some updates: We installed some bars:

Then I got myself lost in the nature for about two weeks.
And then Darren and I decided to just go for it, and this is what we came up with:

This perfectly rusty perforated metal miraculously appeared leaned up against our dumpster. ALWAYS WEAR APPROVED SAFETY GOGGLES WHEN USING POWER TOOLS!

Rusty pegs so the dude riding on back with the crossbow has a place to stand while shooting at the truck/train thingy.

Grips are secured with the clamps from gripshifters, so they don't slide off.

It is the fattest 1/2 X 3/16 Heavy Duty BMX chain that KMC makes. It took two to cover that chainring. We actually use them for replacement/upgrade motor drive chains for those bolt on motor kits that everyone seems to have nowdays. Any good bike shop should be able to acquire one for you.
