Saw this at an Antique store, I left without it thou, Bars are pretty cool, there is actually a mower blade that spins like crazy with just a touch of the pedals

Well, trade my riding mower last fall for a snow plow, and I was toying with the idea of just buying a reel type mower, so this thing isn't looking too bad to me right now. the rear wheels might need to get a wider stance but otherwise looks like it would work. Where in Mass was that?
