Bike part names?????

Been cutting up bikes and modding them for a few years now but have no idea
what some of the part names you masters talk about. So sorry for a newbie type
question, hey don't learn without asking! So is there a thread which talks about
bike part names? Or have I just started one?

First up what part is the chain stay and the down tube? Thank you........

and sometimes its hard to explain things too,my friend was going to buy a returned drift trike at work and the cranks didnt engage,do you think I could find an easy way to explain that it could be that the paw spring has moved and the paw fell out (which was the case),show and tell time was the only way,then my other co worker says "so you can tell me the inner workings of a planetary hub then?"I walked away

is there a thread with names of bike tools ? i know there is a thread about tools , just want the bike tool names cause some are different from the ones you get at a hardware store !
