Blue AF ....(2nd Entry)

Just dug this one out of the basrment this morning. Figured I would entet it as well, as I've been wanting to do something with it anyways.

I have no clear vision with this bike as of yet, other than it will be blue...Blue AF, lol.

The seat pictured is my only current inspiration

(Currently seeking a chainguard to pull this one together, if anyone has one for sale)

No, not original paint. Someone repainted it at some point in its life.

Will be a nice candy blue, closer to the Air Force blue you pictured

So much CCM... That Rebel is something else, don't see the banana seat version of that one too often

The rebel started life as a NOS bike, that I was happy to have in the collection....but it lacked some flare, so I did it up with a Duomatic, and some NOS parts I had kicking around....here is a before and after of that bike

High hopes that this bike will be worthy of the NOS Firestone Slick I just pulled out of the wrapper.... that and the NOS Shimano 333 3 speed rear rim it got mountes too

That is a great looking blue that you applied expertly. All my paint jobs are flawed here and there. I love your collection of Sting Ray bikes. Reminds me of the 60's when I was a kid.

Yes! When I was in high school in the '80s, the Camaro IROC-Z and the Mitsubishi Starion/Dodge Conquest came out in a color very similar to this. Man is that gorgeous.
