"All the small parts have been cleaned and sprayed with rust prevention " ~ former two-time winner of the RaTisfied and RusTified OddJob Award.

Schultzie, has your beer gone stale?
OJ, what did your last BO bike look like? I remember all kinds of shiny! It was a gas!

Yeah, but I'm not a 'two - time winner' of the OJ award. I just give em out. Just playin' with my buddy @idiotboy . He usually does 'rusty and crusty'. Just givin' him some heat.

Besides I like to switch it up a bit, the last build off bike I made was shiny, the one before that not so much

Oooooo, I forgot about that shiny one! That was cool too. And yes, I really enjoyed my shiny GaSser build last year. It was a challenge, and a different twist on a build for me.

Keep those post coming!

Sunday went to the Wethersfield swap meet, got to talk to Stevil and Alan, saw some cool stuff, and bought a chain guard I think might work on this bike, dude said it was off a girl’s monarch. The lighter blue matches the fork pretty well. Test fit the crank to check the guard, rear lines up great but the front mount is gonna have to be relocated, stay tuned…

I like the paint combo

Looking good 😉

Side note......... details on the sumo in the background?
Built it in 03 or 04, 1999 YZ400F, 97mm bore 444cc, oversize intake valves, ported head, cams etc. Fast for it's day but a new stock 450 will kill it. Got a dual sport kit and a street title, it's also been set up as an enduro bike and a hillclimber at times, it's down right now with a leaking head gasket and I'll probably take the opportunity to put in the WR426 gearbox I've been wanting to do for 10 years. There are a couple bikes ahead of it on the list...
