That looks great! Looks like it will hold a good amount of gas too.

Be sure to check for leaks around the welds with water before you put fuel in it in case you have to go back and weld again.

I did the leak check, it's good to go!

Apparently my first check was inaccurate!
Well it leaks. I put in a pint of fuel, just to be sure, and it has a small leak on both ends near the edges. I have ordered the POR-15 motorcycle, tank repair kit. It comes with a cleaner/degreaser, metal prep, the sealer and some fuel stabilizer.

That sealer will prevent rust, so it may be a blessing in disguise.

No, not yet. I just got back from my honeymoon this past Friday. I didn't get much done because of all of the wedding prep. There is probably more left to do than I have time left to accomplish. Right now it looks doubtful I will finish.

The rules say that it has to be a ridable bicycle, not motorbike! You can work through the motorized details later if it comes down to it.
