Board tracker AKA loser lane

This is my board tracker AKA loser lane build. This bike is made of parts from a row of bike buried deep in the old shop that we call Loser Lane. Zero dollars invested. Started with a Hawthorne lightweight frame. Used a set of 3 speed chrome wheels from a Schwinn. Good smooth tires. Shifter came off of some kind of girls Muscle bike. I figured it would be a nice touch to have a suiside shifter. The handle bars tape is old bicycle tire tubes with a little electrical tape on the ends. I made the number plates on a whim. I used some old storage containers. I cut out thmy bottoms and just used magic marker to make a cobed up number. ZERO dollars invested. Loser lane build.

Not sure? Have a 5 gallon bucket of chain rings and saw that one and said. "that's cool"." That will work"!!!

After riding ballooners for some time, it's so nice to get on a lightweight, nimble multi-speed. It's even better when it's a rat. And so much better when it's free! Great job, and I give you an A+ for rattitude.
