One of my dream bikes! (No joke about that, actually, I would like to build one up exactly like this, except mine would be an Elgin). Beautiful! That ND 2 speed unit is the icing on the cake! A pair of truss/brace handlebars would look mint on this bike...

it looks really good now and i just realized who laced the wheel up for you? that rear rim as i remember was rather ummm not straight.
