Agreed. A full picture would help ID. Meanwhile, the number and its location is enough to reveal the bike as a Murray-built JCHiggins that was sold by Sears...probably in the 1950's.
Its a late-50's to 1960's middleweight (26 x 1.75") Murray Ohio built (for Sears). They called the frame Double Twin Tube and the bicycle class Speed Weight.
Accessories such as rack, tank, lights may have varied between models sold at the various stores, Western Auto, Gambles, Belnap, etc.
