Thanks to metal militia for the crank and chain ring (only used the chain ring and the "caps")

Here's the first assembly photo. I greased the heck out of the crank bearings, there was no grease at all when I pulled it apart. I have chain I just ran out of some time tonight to put it on. I have some leather like light brown grips that I never found anything to use them on. The only thing I don't have is a seat post clamp. I have about 5 in my basement or garage and none are small enough. :x Here's a photo of how it sits in my basement now. Holy cow it's heavy.

Skip,

Lookin good! Are you going with a custom laid back seatpost by Big Pants? Bars look great up there!

Mo' pics when ya get'em!

Joe

it's not a Connecticut rat without a Big Pants Bob layback seatpost.

How could two of the biggest guys I have ever had the pleasure of knowing be so into kids bikes, LOL That is some how oxymoronic~~ My bet is it is the destination first and the method of transporatation secondary, LOL    :D :) :D

I usually sit on people who call me that since I am usually larger than them :p . However you are one of the few who are larger than me so ... thanks!

it's only a matter of time til Dan and Skip build 16" muscle bikes.

I have to run the original post upside down to accommodate the welding. As it is I am attempting to attach a larger diameter seat post section to the tiny original seat post. Hopefully Bob can fill it in with weld without burning through too mush. The brace is part of some handle bar I cut up last summer. I cannot for the life of me recall why I did that.

Looks great. Those bars are cool with the extra bend in the middle.

They really "flow" don't they? As soon as I saw them I knew they had to be on this bike.
