Broken spokes on rubber tires

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this. Really cool tricycle but the broken wheel is a little scary..... Anyone tell me how old this thing is by chance?

Should be able to boil the rim and tire to soften then relace the spokes. Looks to be 30's or 40's. Are you anywhere near Allentown? There is a guy I know that can do it for you if you do not dare do it.

Also forgot to mention that it prob has a skiptooth chain on it too.

Yes, about 30 minutes away. What does he charge to do it?
