Street Sweeper fenders

I've been trying to do a street sweeper rear fender but my welding skills are terrible.

I might have had something to do with it... I wasn't the first though... I may have been the first to run a pair of 20's though!

May have sourced a couple or motorcycle tyres from a friend once she gets her motorcycle tyres replaced. 'They haven't got much tread' she said, good said I.
And picked up 4 frames and 3 sets of wheels.
