Chainguard and rack ID

I posted this Shelby in the Fresh Finds, but I am guessing that the rear rack is not correct for the bike and I am wondering about the chainguard. I have seen several cool variations of Shelby chainguards, but I am not familiar with this one.

it is hard to get a good look at the rack, but it looks like a prewar Murray part about 36 to 41.

Thanks so far. I'll get a better pic of the rack when I get home. Interesting that what caught my eye on this pile of parts was the guard. I did see another Shelby pic with a similar guard, but it was a major rat bike, so no way of knowing if it is Shelby or not.

I think that's an early CBC/Ross guard. -Adam
