Hehe, agree, so much so, I picked up a couple more of them for future projects.Sexy hub!
Unfortunately, it is Already cupped outwardsLooks like you might be able to flip the rear sprocket to gain some tire/chain clearance.
But yeah, that hub is fricking awesome

Those Red Stine mags were always a little stonish color. Looking at the front hub, a little grease seems to red them up some.. I wonder if linseed oil would have better staying powered when I wash it vs grease and oil...Nice work on the Predator! Cool bike and history. They are cool as it sits, but I wonder if there is a technique to bring out the red in those mags again?
Hot water and Rit dye. They'll take the colorThose Red Stine mags were always a little stonish color. Looking at the front hub, a little grease seems to red them up some.. I wonder if linseed oil would have better staying powered when I wash it vs grease and oil...
Pledge would be like wax or oil, which does darken them a bit.Sounds silly, but I've heard that lemon Pledge works miracles on faded plastic.
*Probably not a good idea if you were planning rim brakes!
That's an idea I hadn't thought of. I think I will give it a try soon. Still have polishing and stickers left as well on it.Hot water and Rit dye. They'll take the color
