Really nice. Thinking way out of the box. I think I’ll steal your idea and make my heat sinkers out of old pizza pans and sink drain sives.

So is the plan to chrome plate the whole thing when done with the fabrication ?
To be honest, no plan yet, only thoughts:
Clear coat the brazed hub and give the brake arm a colour (spray can or powdercoat).
Chrome is pretty cool too!
Alright, I have to share this:
I wanted a anodized coasterbrake hub like the Sturmey Archer S1C. But the S1C isn't available in colours other than silver and black.
So I'm designing something based on the Shimano CB-E110 (yes again, its a good base!) but a little more custom than usual.
This chance came by because:
A buddy of mine is setting up his CNC milling machine, so I can get some aluminium parts properly milled and anodized.
-New shell, flanges and brake arm made out of aluminium.
-Titanium M10x1 shaft?
