I am doing the tank in coppor clad now. Just cant leave well enough alone!
Going for the Buck Rodgers look! :lol: Lets see a picture of your Pilot! Is it a Colson Pilot? A friend had a 1941 bullnose once. (garage sale find) Cool bike! I have always liked Colsons.

It is a CWC built Pilot. I bought it with intention of restoring it years ago, but I couldn't bring myself to touch it after putting the red rims and whitewalls on it. I am collecting parts to built an early motorcycle/boardtracker replica. Builds like your's have inspired me!
