Looks good overall, not a fan of tall apes myself.

Being an old guy, the seat looks uncomfortable to me. I really like the rack on your before pic and I would have tried to keep the light also. That being said, I really like the paint job and the only things that I think the bike needs changing is the seatpost layed back and the ape hangers more vertical. Probably because, like I said, I'm an old guy.

The paint certainly does look great. I'm another person that is not a fan of ape bars and therefore I'm with deorman there. Your current seat just doesn't look right on a cruiser IMHO but it does look better than the banana seat in the before pic. That rear rack looks awesome and so I'm in agreement with Big Ape on it.

I would make these changes.. Needs the rack, laid back seat post, rid of the stem and ape hanger bars to an origenal stem and cruiser bars.. Overall it's a kool looking cruiser..
