Wasn't sure where to post this. I did this a few months ago, never got around to posting it. I stared at this light for quite a while trying to figure out how to make it usable.
As found: Missing front trim, lens, and internals. Time to convert to LED!
Found these washers that fit perfectly
Drilled out the rivets
Sanded the top of washer flat to match light, drilled through both washers and riveted on
Smaller washer inside
Little bit of putty
Wire it up
Finished painting
2 years later and she finally has a light!
The hole in the washer was the perfect size for the flashlight, so I could use the whole front of the flashlight including the lens, so that solved that problem
