Can anybody help me decode these numbers!?

Is it a Huffy!? !?!?!?

Some guy sold me a cruiser frame from CL (20 smackers). He claimed it to be a 1970 Murray cruiser frame. But if you look at the drop post they look more like Huffy's or Schwinn's.

This is not a Schwinn because Schwinn ID codes dont go far down to the "Y'". I know for a fact the oldest Schwinn codes are under the crank case. The older Schwinns ID codes are on the left drop post. The newer ones are on the front near fork posts...

If anybody can crack the code. This would be helpful to my personal records!

If it was a '70 Huffy the serial # would have started with a 0H .
