I dont know if a band saw would help you on that heavy stuff. I like a torch tho its kinda crude sometimes (like its owner)! A plasma cutter looks cool but I never used one.
 
Yea i agree a band saw would make life a lot easier. This was all done with an grinder cut off wheel and time. Now ive just been sanding to get it ready for primer

its official i hate sanding hate it hate it. The one side im happy with, the other still needs work.

Well just had a wrench thrown into the monkey. Apparently the customer does not want the blue, wants red. Lol back to it

Billy thank you, haven't had it fully mocked up with the lowered rear so im rolling a little dangerous. Just made sure the tire still clears and the chain.

Being a fan of cantilever frames and curved seat tubes......I Love The Frame!! I may have to steal some of these ideas on a future build! Nice work!
