Does RRBO affect the market?

CL mid-east coast just became infinitely more ratty, especially in the dollar bin, as in "make an offer". Are builders suddenly dumping builds to make space for work?

Seemed people are also hungry for parts right now as they're posting Wanted ads in the For Sales listings.

Does the RRBO have that much effect on the market? If so there seems to be a buying season that the latter posters have picked up on.

I've seen influences on bicycles in stores dating back to some of the early build-offs, unless it was coincidental.
