Monark 5 Bar, whats not to love !

Those 'new' fenders remind me of the river we both live near...." deep and wide" ! Good to see you in with a winter build, Chad. Love your parts collection.

Love these frames. I've been contemplating a strip down and new build from starsNbars. Gonna watch this one for sure. I be those fenders are gonna be sick on this.

The parts collection is all of my "expensive" stuff thrown into one bike that I will probably never sell, half because I never sell bikes, the other half because I'll never get what it's worth out of it!

A brilliant start. And a five-speed drum brake internal hub? WOW!!!
A buddy of mine had them built for his tandem, so the have some heavy spokes. Aluminum hoops are nice and light

Had to weld a tab in the fork to mount the front fender. Drilled a new hole to mount the rear fender. Swapped to a normal stem, I have some tinkering to do for the Torrington to actually work

Killer blending of parts! Love those fat fenders!

I'm gonna chime in here on those fenders as well. I love those deep fat fenders on this build.

The frame is to die for as well!

Excellent start right out of the gate! Sweet ride.

Can't wait to see what's next.

Well after starting a month late, and taking about a month on some unexpected, but needed bike shop renovations I am going to respectfully resign from this build. I have allot of money tied up in this bike, don't want to rush it to make a deadline, and also don't want to be too far along to enter it in the next build off... So on the shelf it goes for now. Thanks for following. Look for me in the big build off. Maybe by then I might come up with a tank for it!
