Hoeha,
This is looking AWESOME! Although, I must say, much safer and milder than your typical build...

There doesn't appear to be anything that will hurt the rider on this one!

Quick question, how wide is your rear rim? 100mm, 80mm...? If 100mm, did you have to use a special rear hub (other than the deep dish sprocket)?

Keep up the great work!

Cheers,
Dr. T

Thanx dr. T!
So you can see i'm building this bike for someone else :)

The rear rim is an 80mm rim, and a standard 110mm hub. But i've added a 10mm thick nut on the brake arm side. So a 120mm hub, and laced it centering the rim on the 120mm.
Plenty of room in combination with the offset sprocket for the rim.
The sprocket is veeeerry close to the frame, but it should workout fine.

Despite 2 small points of criticism, it looks gorgeous. Point 1: I think, the saddle looks a bit too big for the bike (because of the big springs), but I realize that it must be a comfy ride. Point 2: I'm not a big fan of all the Iron Cross things, but that's personal taste.
I think, your customer wants these parts on his bike, so that's the most important. Last, but not least: you've outdone yourself with the handlebars. Great job !
And hey, large turning radius: BIG, FAT, HAIRY DEAL !!!

Heheheh, that's right!
The saddle isn't really comfortable either actually. it's a cheap copy of the real deal, and you can feel that...
The good thing is, that you can adjust this saddle from front to back pretty far. So it can be comfortable for people in various lengths.
