great great cross over bike call it either a modern clunker, or cruiser urban mountian bike it is super cool. you should consider jiging this frame up and doing a few of them i could see selling a few of these frames.

Funny, my first thought was what somebody else just mentioned - reminds me of the old Gulf Racing colour combo.
