I originally wanted to enter this bike in last years build off but life got in the way and I didn't finish it. After struggling with a dull finish from a spray can I decided to get it powder coated (I know...a ratrod no-no)
The Florida heat and humidity is not friendly to a glossy finish from a spray bomb and after many months of frustration I hauled it all to the powder coater.

The tires are 26 x1.95 duros (ebay)
I made the gingham appliques on the tank and the chainguard out of fabric which I heat coated with clear plastic and then glued on with spray adhesive. The cherries are dimensional plastic and the lettering is vinyl (made by my sister)
I sprayed the seat and grips red with duplicolor vinyl paint
