Firewing finally saw the light of day as a roller for the first time since July 4th, so I tool advantage of that and took a lot of photos. Some of those will come later. In the meantime let me continue my build diary for the second half of the day.
The JB weld set on the mounting screw, so I mounted the flying 8 ball. I LOVE THIS PIECE!!!!!
Finally started soldering and finished my 1948 Chrysler tail light.
Attached the backer board.
JBWelded the micro switch to the inside of the light. There is just enough of a gap between the lower section of the light and the fender that this will be hidden and accessible.
Mounted it up. Love the tailight too!
Put the nanner pans together and added the brackets and front springer. I actually ended up cleaning the chainring on the wire wheel first.
Mounted up the handlebars, the wheels, etc.
Time to take it outside.
