Holy cow. I just got back from the ride. What a good time I had. I am beat though. I haven't ridden that far that fast for a long time. gettin old blows.

Funny story: I park my truck get the bike off and ride around a bit in the lot. Ian says "how about a beer?" dumb question. After that I notice I need air in the front tire. Ride on over to a dude pumping up a lovely young ladies tire. "Hey. Can I borrow that when you're done?" "Sure" he says. As I'm pumping my tire we do some introductions: "I'm Skip (thatismytruck)". "I'm Chris (BOSKIPPER)". "what's your last name" he says. I tell him. He says: "I thought so. I'm Chris <last name>" Amazed I say: "No frickin way!!!" My cousin's son!!! We had a good ride. a bit long for me, but I made it. Most of the cars at the car show were leaving when we got there for fear of rain. This rock band was playing. Bunch of high school kids it looked like to be. They were pretty good. Need to tighten up just a bit though. They are close. As an old Guy I had to hollor: "Free Bird". They heard me and said they didn't know it. ouch.

I took bunches of photos. So did Ian. We'll post them up tomorrow instead of working. Time for another beverage before bed. Good night.

beer, cute girls, crashes and bikes! this was an awesome ride. How many people showed up 15 or so? Beautiful scenery, and good people, And I totally felt like a kid again when we hit that downhill section and half of us were racing for the lead. I can't wait to see the pictures.

Note how wet they are. We had to ride through a large body of water over the road to get to the point.

It was 8 inches deep easy. The ride back was a little lighter for this rider. The refreshment was consumed. :wink:

Here's mine. I'll try not to be redundant...

first I had tryouts in the driveway to see which bike to take. Fenders won out. After riding through the washed out road I made the right choice:

BRING IT! lol sorry, that's what we used to call them "back in the day" (late 80s) when we raced them. It's a fine bike you got there CJ. It was good seeing you too.

we deffinetly have to do this more than once a month
Great photos guys i have some my self but it would be redundant

that flood over the road gave the bike a nice rust finish over night taking some off but leaving some for fun!

This is defiantly going on on August 6th..... No car show this time, so maybe more riding !!!!!!!!! (sorry Skip). This time I will be working on a route..... Again all are welcome, and after last month's turnout I am very excited to do this again.
