Hey,

I'm in Slovenia for this summer and I wanted to have Fixed gear bike to drive
around the Ljubljana. So I made one:

Frame is old Yugoslavian made Rog, bike is made out of junk, costs so far
0 bucks. Rear hub is old single speed hub where I did weld sproket from old
torpedo hub. There is still coming loads of mods. I will atleast shorten the
frame a bit and then paint it. It still needs: better cranks, pedals, seat
(something I already have in post) real velodrome handle bars could be
great too.

Hey,

yesterday I made hard 5 hours job whit the frame.
Now it looks a bit nicer. I'm really happy whit result and
how it drives, especially that I can drive still whit out hands!
Thats quite amazing, if you look second picture where I marked all
places where frame was cut! Bike has also new seat (now the
costs of the bike ar e alredy 4 euros!)

I was not 100% satisfied of my work yesterday. Pedals were too close to front wheel
and feets were touching it while turning. So today I cut it up again and moved crank
set 2,5cm more rear. Now bike runs really great, I drove almost all way from job to
home whitout hands :) I also turned rear droppers more horisontal and cut some fender
fixings from front forks. Wheelbace is now 95cm when original Rog was 110cm!

Looks great,
I'd like to see a little bend in this tube.
But just a little bend to match the top tube.

I was thinking about that, but I love that small space between front tyre and lower frame tube.
Also one straight line is giving some balance for the frame.

Just an idea; if you make the seat stays a little shorter you'll drop the BB back down to a reasonable height, it'll also tighten up the gap between the back wheel and the curve of the seat tube and slacken the head angle enough to match the offset of the fork which will sharpen up the handling.

wow, very cool bike.

but i would add a straight handlebar or cut away most of the bend of this on and flip it upside down...

Whoa, I drove it so long whit normal forks! What kind a "Olli Custom" it was whit regular forks anyway :D

Yesterday I worked 12hours, and here's the fork (?) now!

More pics

Today I drove quite hard whit it, already made some wheelies. It feels good.

Hub is from wheelchair
Axle is "home" made
Bearings: another is stock wheelchair one and other bigger to get bigger axle on forks side.
Fork(?) is homemade

You gotta love circumventing the whole threads, special tools, track cogs, yadda, yadda and just welding the cog to the wheel. Your bikes blow my mind.
:D

Thanks!

Today I continued:

-sanded all green paint off, even from tyres.
-polished stem and seat post
-made lotsa finnishing on frame
-changed few bolts on more pretty ones

I think its quite wild as "naked"
