No they were after market in 68-69 is what I'm told. I haven't seen much on them but I have a lot of people recognizing them from when they were kids. First pair I've seen personally and I traded a girls bike for the bike they were on.

Testing the APE look for this bike and remembered I had some Victory motorcycle bars hangin around...
