I had been trying to get one of these bikes for years. Here is my entry for RRB Build Off 11. It came from ROTTI in Australia.

That frame reminds me of one that @kim_dude built a few years back. I think it will lend itself well to that mockup.

This is probably the only Malvern in the state's, I'm anxious to see what becomes of it.

The build I was thinking of was Rat Salad from @streetpirate in BO8. But after looking closer, they are completely different frames.

Now that the bike is back I measured the wheelbase. It is about 86cm (34 inches). A typical vintage Schwinn Panther is 91.5cm (36 inches)

Beautiful bike! And a 'style breaker' for sure....stands out in a crowd. 700c hoops with, what, 32 or 34 mm tires? Love the skin walls, wrap grips, neg rise stem! Nice work!

The tires are 32mm. Could have easily fitted 35mm.
