i guess you're kidding, but i've been thinking about making a paper mache tank for my bike and maybe learning how to fiberglas on top of it.

Mold the tank in foam, then cover it with paper mache, when dry cut it in half and use the inside as a mold for your fiberglass tank. If you´re interested, send me a pm and I´ll show you detailed pics :wink:
