I just picked this up off ebay last week. Plan is a bobber inspired makeover (ditch the front guard, bobbed chrome guard on the rear, whitewalls, apes etc.) Just a basic build but should be cool 8)

Still my FAVORITE production frame from ANYONE built 1990 up until now. Dyno and Aaron Bethlenfalvy hit gold with that one. Looking forward to seeing your finished bobber!

Hewey,
Notice on the rear fender how it comes down on the sides and covers most of the rubber. Very cool look. Dare I challenge you to do that?

This is the kind of style I'm going for

g-ratter,
That prospect haunts my dreams. I would LOVE to have a fender that does that AND fits over my 24 x 3 Kendas.

Nice!

What type of rear wheel stand is that?

The stand is from Shimano, I got it through my local bike shop. I posted pics and a bit of a review here:

Challenge not accepted  I’ve got a chrome fender off my Giant Simple which I converted into a board tracker, the plan is to cut that down for a bobbed fender, and the chrome will help offset the chrome of the springer fork and ape hanger bars. The fender should extend about 3-4 inches past the frame for that ‘yes officer Ive got a rear fender but its barely legal’ bobber motorbike style look.

Didnt one of the guys in the latest build off make his own 'glass fenders? Made a wooden buck and then stretched cotton over that, covered that in fibreglass resin, trimmed and painted. Technically it didnt look too hard but obviously a labour of love with a lot of time in it!

You need to get the seat back some to get the legs stretched forward look.
And how about an insert for a tank? Would give you a good place for some graphics. I see flames myself.
