Been somewhat of a drought on bikes at the dump lately, but I just happened to get lucky with this 23" Concord Freedom Deluxe 12-speed today!
I'll update with some 'after' shots before I flip it....

Looks pretty clean...I think you need to redo the duct tape on the handle bars then flip it..LOL


Did someone remover the shifters on it..????

shifters are on the stem, see last pic

I have a nice set of bars with new camouflage black grey and white tape, tires, and rear wheel. The shifters are on the stem....thanks ratima
