Hello From Portland, OR

Hey guys, new to the forum new to cruisers. Recently picked up a couple rides for the lady and I to enjoy the nice water front areas here in Portland. I know the biking community is HUGE out here, but I am not sure how many cruisers/rats there are? Anyway, look forward to tinkering and getting some great ideas! Here's what we're starting with, 3speed Del Sol and a 7speed Micargi;

Already laid some lines on the Del Sol;

Open to any thoughts/ideas/opinions.

The Del Sol looks great, I'd lose those 'custom' fender braces and get a set of straight ones.
The Micarchi will be a nice cruiser for your gal.

Your call on color/finish, but I would think a common set of 26" ones would do the trick. I think, with the struts on the springer being chrome, some chrome ones would look sharp.

Thanks Luke. Any other thoughts, ideas, recommendations? I'd still like to get some straight braces, maybe some different tires, bars... the list goes on I guess.....

Bike looks good. I agree with Luke,ride it look around and go from there.
I use to live down in Corvallis,wasn't into bikes back then so didn't know what a rat was but man did I see ALOT of recumbents.
