Not much help but I dont think it is a mongoose. The rear dropouts on the mongoose's had multiple holes not that big one. Some did have the looped rear triangle though. Also the Front gusset on the Mongoose were a little more finished. I looked and looked on BMXmuseum.com and could not find that exact frame.

maybe a Cook Bros. same front gusset, looped rear but no big hole dropout.

It looks to be identical to the one I have. I've owned this bike since it was new (Feb of '83) and only just last year found out what model it actually is.

Basically it's a chrome version of the ET.
