Help ID this 3 bar cruiser, please.

Picked this up last week. Originally thought it was an S&S but then saw it close up. Not an S&S but was very cheap and came with a sweet milk crate and a child's flip-flop and a monkey. The headtube sticker is damaged but looks like it might read "BB" or something like it.

Id guess mid to late 70's, possibly early 80's. It doesnt look like that is the chainring that came with it either. Kinda looks like a Frankenbike at this point. The three bar design tells me earlier model and the rear dropouts tell me later model.

Wish it was a Mega or a S&S but alas, the seatstays are different and mine has chainguard tabs and a very different kickstand mount. I got a suggestion on BMXmuseum that it may be a "Taiwan Bicycle Co." bike. Saw one example that was very close but the kickstand mount had been cut off. Thanks to all for the heads up.
