Help ID this straight bar frame

I picked up this straight bar frame a few days ago and have no clue what it was. There appears to have been a tag on the bottom of the crank tube but no serial numbers on the frame now. I have some old fenders and rims around I might just throw on er n get it rolling.

those bottom holes are for a serial number plate i have a spare actually.

Monark used the ID tag from 1946-54, so your frame is from that era. -Adam
