help identifying bike

My cousin was generous enough to give me this bike. Had been sitting outside in northern Minnesota. Only marking is on the chainguard "toronado". Number on bottom of crank is R66018432 . thanks, george

the frame reminds me of my thunder jet (bicycle chain corp) they also did some ross bikes.

its the smaller upper bars that are tacked inplace as opposed to plending in to the upper bar (at the rear)
which lead me to believe it was made by the same company.
if you scroll down to the silver bike at the bottom of the page it also has the same chain ring, same cover on the top of the forks etc.

Yep, that's a Ross built bike, what brand I don't know.
