I have a garden variety townie 7d. I currently have an ebike kit on it.
It’s boring.
id love to do something cool to it but that damn head tube is huge so I’m guessing a springer is out of the question.
the seat is uncomfortable, but that’s an easy fix.
whacha got?

It looks like there's some extra length on your cables, so you won't have to change them to put on a set of high handlebars. If you can get one, a rear rack from a 50's or 60's bike would be a good addition.

I'm going to suggest not getting to extreme with the components! Huge apes are not comfortable nor is a leather chopper style seat! About 5 miles pedaling and my bobber reeks of inefficient padding and hard grips...ok I'm old and my everything hurts.

I think an easy mod would be to bob, or shorten the fenders. Quarter fender on the back and a little less on the front. You may have to move the fender struts for support.
