I found this project in a So. California barn...
1. I need 28" forks, handlebars, cranks, throttle, brake levers and ideas or suggestions, PLEASE!!!!!
2. I have a late 40's Clinton 4-cycle 1.6hp motor
3. It cam with a Whizzer Ring for the the back rim and it has pulleys welded on to work with a 4-cycle motor
4. I want to use the gas tank from the Clinton motor
5. Can it be set up or built like a mini bike?
