Hi,

Just stumbled on this forum whilst looking for some bits for an Electra Rat Rod I just bought.
It's in a bit of a sorry state so thought whilst fixing a few bits I'd see what else I could do with it.

It's a 4 year old RR sadly not the nicer older frame though.

wanted to put a wide 3" tyre on the rear but sadly it's on 26" so would need a new rear to do that. so may have to settle for som 26" x 2 white walls.

Really looking for any help and guidance as can't find much in the UK (,many peeps on here from UK?)

So was going over the bike this evening and found a few issues..

have a broken spoke on the rear wheel
The front brake has worn away the red paint on the rim so it almost has a metal pinstripe on the rim.

Tires are hotsters which are in great condition but really fancy some white walls, not much choice in uk:
Schwalbe Returner 26 x 2.125 Whitewall Tyre
Electra Classic Knobby
Electra Strat-O-Balloon
but which one?

also looking to put a bent sprint fort on the front and need to change the handle bars as just too wide.

has any one put a 2 stroke kit on a rat rod?
