Clothespin gave me an idea with his homemade vintage plate for the RBBO Western Flyer. I had this logo sitting in my photoshop file for awhile wanting to make a headbagde for my bikes with it. I simply preformed a flat piece of tin on a fat tube, cut up a mask, slapped it on, covered it with primer and then red paint and voila! Custom headbadge. This one was made real quick in about 45 minutes (I tossed it in the oven for the paint to dry faster) and cut it with snips and leaving a clear countour around it. The design is a knock off of an old CCM headbadge and GCC means "Gerry's Custom Cycles".
