Tandem with rear steering, Colson I think...
Built from the 1890's into the teen's maybe 1920 It's an early one by what I've seen online.

Grips should be here by Saturday morning...
Finished posts must be by noon Saturday my time. We'll see.
There's definitely more that can be done.
Light's, fenders, rear rack, matching seats, none of which I have.
So this build will continue after the Build Off, but it's a keeper for sure.
