Huffy Slingshot 5

I goofed this weeken had a chance to buy a huffy Slingshot 5 complete but in very poor condition probably could have been restored but it was rough. Now I am second guessing my decision

All depends on the price. A rough Slingshot 5 for $100 was probably worth it...at $300 maybe not.

I drug my feet to long at a flea market and missed out on a Murray Eliminator 5 speed for $300. Bike was in really nice original shape. Looked at the bike when the gates first opened, went a few rows over, decided to get it, went back and it was gone. Still kicking myself.

I missed a complete but rusty 5-speed Rail for $75 years ago because I drug my feet and didn't know what it was. It happens.

The guy was asking $150.00 on Friday I went back by his spot on Saturday and ask bottom dollar he said make an offer so I figured I did not have nothing to lose so I said $50.00 he said no he had $120.00 in the bike. All the chrome would have to been rechromed needed a new seat painted possibly rims tires other words everything.
