Hurricane 5!!!

All original 1980 Schwinn Hurricane 5. Believe it or not this was found taken apart, in a box, in a dumpster. Looking for a shift knob if anybody has one.

I don't have any before pics. I always forget to do that! The speedo is just a regular Schwinn type, black face. I don't know why somebody would just throw a bike away! I also have a '57 Jaguar that was found next to a dumpster. With the tank! I'll post pics of that when its done...

I see now, I guess i didnt notice the front reflector at first and it made the speedo look all odd-shaped at first :lol:

those are pretty rare. funky bike, short-lived im guessing. cross between a hurricane and a krate. 8)
