well I kinda like the look but i cant find my chain link key so I need to take out the slack for now....Im looking for someone to relace a 3 speed rear hub for me...
Boot or baseball mitt grease will work for sure, it´s what I use and the result is great, I´ll post a pic of my seats when I get home if you like.
Are you leaving that tank in the bare? Dunno how deep that scratch is, but there´s a number of things you could try...
If you are painting it, bondo and primer, easy as it gets.
If you are leaving it like it is, you could try polishing it, or for extra good result take it to a body shop and see if an experimented guy there can solve the problem. They wont say no if you carry a 6 pack, and you´ll make some qualified friends
lol,,ya I know,,,,Almost got everything...Im still looking for a set if new or very clean finders for this bike if you have or know where to get them,,also looking for cool stuff for this bike...
new fenders on the way,,LOVE THEM
The fenders are in new condition. Aftermarket black powder coated fenders with custom skirt added to front and back fenders. Very stylish and will fit most any bike with 26" balloon tire wheels. Schwinn, Murray, Roadmaster etc. I have the same style fender in black on my ebay store. The fender is 3 1/8" wide. The skirts are rivited on in the back behind the rear forks stays so they do no interfer and flare out to 4 3/8" measure straight across. over the radius the front is 31" and rear is 46" including the slotted tab.
well I will tell you what,,,no cutting or crimping....I had to bend in a little with my hands where the front fork comes down and the same in the back,,,not hard at all,,,,LOOKS VERY NICE...
I will be out of town next week but as soon as i got back im going to get it ready for paint,,,
I would love a set of white grips if anyone has any,,let me know i can trade the black ones for white ones.
Thanks ,,I have put a lot of work on this ride....I got my head light put on tonight...it is to bad I have to go out of town, All I wanna do is paint my bike,,,,
